Privacy Policy

Summary

Focus Correction is a focus-tracking app developed by AgileNPI LLC. We designed the app to work without an account and without a backend server. Your focus sessions, settings, nickname, and distraction statistics stay on your device.

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party feedback forms, or custom backend services.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores information that you create or configure in the app, including:

• Nickname and app settings
• Focus session records
• Pause, distraction, and history information
• Trial and purchase-unlock status

This information is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. It is not automatically transmitted to AgileNPI LLC or to any custom server operated by us.

Purchases and Store Services

Focus Correction offers an optional one-time full unlock through platform billing services. On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple App Store. On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

Payment details such as credit card numbers, billing addresses, and store account credentials are handled by Apple or Google and are not seen by this app. The app may receive a non-sensitive purchase confirmation, transaction identifier, or purchase token from the platform so that it can unlock paid features and restore previous purchases.

Notifications

The app may ask for notification permission so it can show local focus reminders or distraction alerts on your device. These notifications are generated by the app and your operating system. We do not use a server to send push notifications.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising or tracking. We do not share your locally stored focus data with third parties.

Apple and Google may process purchase and store-related information under their own privacy policies when you use App Store or Google Play services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Focus records and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the app, reset the app data, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes the app's local data from your device according to the operating system's normal app deletion behavior.

Because we do not operate an account system or store your focus data on our servers, we cannot recover deleted local data.

Security

App data is stored in the app sandbox provided by iOS or Android. We rely on the security protections of the operating system, including app sandboxing and device-level security settings chosen by the user.

Children's Privacy

Focus Correction is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Availability

Focus Correction may be available through Apple App Store and Google Play in multiple countries and regions. Store availability does not change the app's privacy practices described in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, or operational requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
